Two ISRCH K-9 Teams – Mary Davenport with K-9s Sister & Ayla and Pat Tolchin with K-9 Elvin attended a Water Human Remains Detection[HRD] seminar in Pennsylvania with instructors Edwin Grant & Bobby Blackwell. This was a joint effort between three groups: Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Tactical SAR, White Oak and ISRCH. Everyone learned so much and had a great time!
