CRT Davenport’s own Pat Tolchin & her Border Terrier, Elvin, are members of DOTCORNY’s Fetch N Fly flyable team. 12/7-8 they competed at the Santa Paws Flyball Tournament hosted by Boometown’s Too Fast Fur You team….
Fetch N Fly team came in 2nd in their division….Congratulations to everyone!
Not only is Elvin a great HRD dog but he’s a wonderful Flyball and Agility dog as well…

CRT Davenport’s very own Shannon Lewis, along with several of her stalwart friends, braved the frigid temps and snow to complete a 5K ‘Turkey Trot’ in Livonia to benefit the Food Pantry! Congratulation are in order…especially since it was billed as “The Coldest 5K EVER!!!”

Many thanks to Courtney Veaunt and everyone at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Livingston Co for asking us to do a presentation at their Annual Meeting! We all had a great time and the group was fantastic! Many wonderful and well thought-out questions were asked…what a pleasure to work with such a super crowd!
The dogs enjoyed every minute. Aik was his normal ‘ham’ self but did a good job being the ‘bloodhound demo’. Ayla was her ‘clown’ self – rolling on the floor to express her displeasure at not being the ‘star’. Sis was clamoring a bit because she wasn’t allowed to find the “HR” source we had stashed ahead of time in the room…she and Ayla had it ‘nailed’ long before Sis was allowed to find it….and find it she did once she was suited up and set to work!
